History 

St. Lawrence Catholic High School was founded as a community school by parishioners of the Immaculate Heart of Mary Parish. In 2000, it was officially recognized as a Diocesan school.

Among the many esteemed high schools in Liberia, St. Lawrence Catholic High School stands out for its comprehensive approach to fostering both intellectual and spiritual growth, essential for human resource development. The institution is dedicated to addressing the educational needs of its students, ensuring they receive a well-rounded education that prepares them for future success.

In addition to its academic offerings, St. Lawrence Catholic High School plays a crucial role in post-war Liberia by providing educational methods designed to prevent and mitigate juvenile delinquency.
